Covid-19 Policy for Summer 2022
We want to take this opportunity to communicate with you our current policy on Covid-19 as it relates to our summer programs. We are monitoring the situation nationwide and at our partner campuses in New York State and Massachusetts, and are aware that events are shifting rapidly. The health of our students and staff, and their friends and families, is the most important consideration for us.
As of now, we are aiming to run two sessions of the program adhering to the following dates:
Session 1: June 25 - July 16
Session 2: July 18 - August 7
We are working with Colgate and Mount Holyoke to determine if we can hold either session in person. Depending on what they say, and what their requirements for in-person programs are, we may hold both sessions online, have one session online and one session in person, or hold both sessions in person. If we are to hold one or both sessions online, the dates may shift slightly. All potential applicants should be aware that, if we are able to hold one or both sessions in person, we may be required to implement a vaccination mandate and/or mask mandate for all students and staff.
Parents, students, and partner organizations will be the first to know if anything in the risk calculus changes. However, all potential applicants should know that we reserve the right to cancel our summer programming should we determine it is necessary.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will update this page if our policies change.
